House Extension Project

This project was delivered by our Development Division as a fully managed, end-to-end solution.

From initial technical coordination through to on-site delivery and final completion, our Development team retained responsibility for this entire project lifecycle. This approach ensured clear accountability, accurate sequencing of works, and consistent quality across all stages of delivery.

Managing the project in-house allowed our team to coordinate design intent, technical requirements, and construction activity effectively, reducing interfaces and maintaining tight control over programme, standards, and execution. The video provides a comprehensive view of the completed works, capturing the scale, integration, and level of detail delivered.

The finished project reflects our capability to deliver complex developments through a structured, technically driven process, resulting in a high-quality outcome achieved through careful planning, coordination, and on-site management.

Aberfeldy Sports Club Development

Overview
Cross Group was engaged to deliver a comprehensive range of construction services for the development of the new Aberfeldy Sports Club. Their expertise and dedication were evident throughout every phase of the project, ensuring a seamless and high-quality build.

Scope of Works

Site Preparation:
Cleared the site of demolition overspill, ensuring a safe and clean foundation for new works.

Foundations:
Excavated for new foundations and expertly poured concrete to establish a solid base for the structure.

Drainage Solutions:
Excavated new drainage lines and rerouted existing storm water drainage to optimise site water management.

Waste Water Management:
Supplied and installed a Klargester waste water tank, providing a reliable and efficient solution for the club’s needs.

Structural Works:
Supplied and laid the concrete solum.
Built with concrete blocks and blue facing bricks for both underbuild and superstructure.
Supplied and constructed Denfine stone panels, adding both durability and aesthetic value.

Additional Services:
Laid a new water main to the site, ensuring robust water supply.
Completed grout infills to stair treads for safety and finish.
