Full Team Safety
The Cross team are all trained in first aid, with management having
completed CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme as a minimum. We also have a Health & Safety Advisor
on hand at all times to ensure the safeguarding of everyone.
Mental Health Support
We recognise the importance of mental health, particularly within
the construction industry. We offer a range of resources to support the well-being of our staff. By
prioritising both physical and mental well-being, we aim to create a safe and supportive working environment
for everyone.
