We’re thrilled to celebrate Finlay Retson Motorsport’s impressive performance at the Macrae Challenge in Knockhill! Despite facing technical challenges, Finlay Retson and Rhys Stoneman secured 5^th place overall in their Rally 2 VW Polo. This is a remarkable achievement and we couldn’t be prouder to sponsor their journey.

The Macrae Challenge proved to be a demanding event, with Finlay and Rhys battling through two tough days of rallying. A significant challenge they faced was a persistent gearbox flatshift issue. However, their skill and determination shone through, enabling them to overcome this obstacle and achieve a well-deserved 5th place.

Beyond the on-track excitement, the weekend was made even more special by the opportunity to connect with the team. It was a pleasure to meet Rhys and his family again, who made the long journey from Swansea to be part of this brilliant event. Their dedication and support truly embody the spirit of motorsport.

What a week it’s been for Plant Sales Launchpad! We had the fantastic opportunity to showcase our new branding at both the Black Isle Show and the Aberfeldy Show, and we couldn’t be happier with the response.

From the moment we set up, the energy was incredible. It was wonderful to meet so many of you - customers old and new - who stopped by to chat, ask questions, and share your thoughts. The positive feedback about our new look was overwhelming, and it’s given our whole team a real boost as we move forward.

Finlay and Kobelco models help Perthshire golf course project go with a swing

A stone’s throw away from Loch Tay lies one of the most picturesque quarrying operations in Scotland. Owned and operated by Cross Civils and Construction Services based in nearby Aberfeldy, Kevin Cross is MD of the company which, in just five years, has grown to become one of the largest multi-disciplined contractors in the region with a staff of 30 people.

Sunward Minis Sold In the Highlands!

Thanks to Aly Matheson from Highland Boring for trusting Cross plant sales when choosing his first Digger. The SWE25UF was the perfect fit for his needs, and along with a Hitch and 3 buckets, he is all set to go. Also, Neil Mitchell Groundworks for making his second Sunward purchase. The SWE25F is tried and tested, and he was happy to go again, this time with a HOLP Rototop to give him that precise finish on Prestigeous sites.
